Goo night's sleep

I ordered the Fizzfit pillow as recommended by my physiotherapist. Having used it for 2 weeks, I am now used to it and sleeping well. Also had acupuncture and now in less pain than before. So pillo and acupuncture have worked well.

Very firm- jury still out

I am slowly adjusting to using an orthopaedic pillow, as recommended by physio. However I do find this one very firm, sometimes waking with neck pain that seems to be related to the hardness of the pillow. I may yet get used to this so the jury is still out!

Has really helped me so far

I have been using this pillow for a few weeks now. 1st night or 2 was an adjustment from ordinary pillows bit I am very happy so far. My neck/back pain in the morning has really reduced and I feel better. Would recommend

Too firm for me !

I find this pillow too firm. I've had a different contour pillow previously and needed to replace it so instead of getting same as previous pillow from Amazon I wanted to support an Irish business. I'm just not getting used to this pillow at all! I wouldn't recommend this pillow .
